This post is for you... are you ready for it?

I received the following e-mail from the host of the radio show ‘NOT at NIGHT’ after I was interviewed and also had given her my e-book "BEing The Titus Concept" as a gift.

"Hey Al,

I got to page 24 last night and what I think is that YOU GAVE AWAY PART OF THE BOOK TO US LAST NIGHT. Those of us who were listening and those of us who are downloading.

As the next part of the e-book is a review of the 3-steps I intend to revisit that as a part of me is resisting some memories and I had the thought to repeat the process anyway.

I want you to know that your energy really DID come through last night because James Gilmore, the guy who gave me your book, the guy who resists exercises like the plague, told me last night that he is doing the 30-day mirror work AND he is going through The Titus Concept and intends to do the 3-step process!!! That is AMAZING in and of itself. You have no idea. I have known James for 14 years and he doesn't go for doing the work himself, he likes going to energy workers, healers, readers, etc and letting them 'zap' him as he puts it. Again, you had impact!

I have ceiling to wall mirrors in what used to be the dining room and I go through that room several times a day. Today I caught my reflection, backed up, smiled at myself and told me, "I love you unconditionally" and "I honor who you are and what you are."

- Others in my Life have given to me so that I may BE where I am Now, so I am DOing what I have been guided to DO

- What I give to others I also give to my Self
